Stacy Smollin Schwartz is VP, Web, Customer Marketing & Advocacy at Virgin Mobile USA. Stacy joined Virgin Mobile USA in 2005 and is responsible for the strategy, planning and oversight of the company’s website, e-commerce channel, customer base marketing efforts, and referral marketing programs.

Prior to joining Virgin Mobile USA, Stacy was the web director at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, where she initially arrived as a special projects advisor through a Harvard Business School Leadership Fellowship. In 1996, Stacy became the eleventh employee and original launch team member of DoubleClick, where she held several business development and account management leadership positions throughout the internet marketing company’s global media and research divisions. She began her career at the Advertising Council, where she managed public service advertising campaigns.

Stacy serves as a board member of Penn State University’s College of Communications Alumni Society, as well as an advisory board member to the Cyrano Project, a non-profit communications consultancy serving other non-profits.

She holds a BA with highest distinction from Penn State and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and two daughters.
